Becki Newton

Becki was born at Guilford, Connecticut. She began appearing in local shows and in Summer stock theater when she was thirteen. When she was enrolled in European History at Penn, she also spent several semesters in Europe. After graduating, Becki immediately moved to NYC to pursue Broadway. She's been featured in several nationally-telecast commercials, guest-starring and regular roles, including Cold Case (2003) and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (1998), American Dreams (2002) and she was offered the role of Amanda on Ugly Betty (2007). The actress is married to actors Chris Diamantopoulos. Chris Diamantopoulos, and her brother is actor Matt Newton. They're pretty, but not models of the highest caliber. Since I don't have the expertise that I have, I've decided to leave the red carpet and corporate events to the pros. Yet, I'm not afraid to take chances when it comes to beauty. Glamour makes you happy! There's nothing wrong with being a little fussy and taking care of your self. It's been my experience that there's nothing wrong with having a few moments of fancies. I was once proud for being meticulous I would wear it as an emblem of respect.
