Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a Dutch-born American actress and singer. Her most well-known work is her performances in theatre, as well for her role as Chelsea Daniels, the star of That's So Raven on Disney Channel as well as Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol is a Dutch base American actress (Female) and singer who is recognized for her frequent appearances in the TV show That's So Raven.
